However, Internet Service Providers [ISPs] use spam filters that can often block and even delete mail you have signed up to receive. Depending on how the filters are designed, email sent to multiple recipients such as our newsletter and alerts may be mistakenly classified as spam or unwanted. The extent to which your ISP allows the user to control spam handling varies. If the newsletter or alerts are going to your spam folder you should be able to select an individual message from news@splitmaster.com or staff@splitmaster.com and change the status to an accepted address. Often there will be a button "Not Spam" or options to "Add to Address Book" or "Add to Safe List." This will allow all subsequent messages to reach your inbox.
